Yes. I don't simply buy a watch, check that it's running and immediately put it up for sale. Wherever possible, watches remain with me for a few weeks before being listed, allowing me to check their operation, reliability and timekeeping.

Every watch is different. Depending on what it needs, this may include cleaning, polishing, replacing the battery, fitting a new crystal, replacing straps or bracelets, or carrying out repairs and refurbishment.

Any significant work carried out will be mentioned in the individual watch listing.

Yes. Watches sold through The Casio Collector come with a 90-day warranty, subject to the terms of the warranty.

I don't believe every mark needs to be removed simply to make a watch appear new. I sympathetically improve watches where appropriate while trying to retain their original character.

A watch may have been water resistant when originally manufactured, but unless a listing specifically states that the watch has been pressure tested, I don't guarantee the original water-resistance rating of a pre-owned watch.
