A beautifully styled vintage Agnès b. V700-5110 from June 1994, combining distinctive French designer styling with Japanese watchmaking.
The watch features an elegant curved tonneau-shaped gold-tone case surrounding a warm cream/champagne dial, with minimalist dot hour markers, handwritten-style numerals at 12, 3, 6 and 9, and the distinctive Agnès b. signature logo.
The original gold-tone bracelet complements the curved case beautifully, featuring attractive lined detailing that gives the watch an elegant jewellery-watch appearance typical of the period.
Powered by a Japanese Seiko V700 quartz movement and made in Japan, this is a distinctive surviving example of early-1990s Agnès b. watch design with plenty of vintage character.
This watch is presented in good pre-owned condition, with age-related signs of previous use consistent with a watch dating from 1994.
The dial remains particularly attractive and presents very well. The gold-tone case and original bracelet show surface marks and general wear from previous use, while the crystal has several small scratches which are visible on close inspection and have been taken into account when grading the watch.
The original bracelet currently accommodates a wrist of approximately 14 cm, so this example is best suited to a smaller wrist. Please check the measurement carefully before purchasing.
A new battery has been fitted, and the watch has been carefully cleaned, inspected and tested prior to sale. It is working correctly and keeping excellent time.
