Casio Argent LTW-57 Vintage Quartz Watch – New Crystal

£34.99
sold out

A beautifully understated vintage Casio Argent LTW-57 quartz watch, combining a clean white dial with black Arabic numerals, a reflective gold-tone inner ring and a slim two-tone stainless-steel bracelet.

Argent was a Casio watch line rather than a Seiko or Alba brand. The LTW-57 is unmistakably Casio: the dial is signed ARGENT CASIO and the stainless-steel caseback carries the Casio name, module 640 and LTW-57 reference. Its restrained styling places it firmly at the dressier end of Casio’s vintage analogue range.

The white dial remains exceptionally attractive, with crisp black numerals, fine minute markers, contrasting dark hands and a gold-tone seconds hand. A reflective gold-tone inner ring surrounds the dial and catches the light from different angles, sometimes giving the white dial a warmer cream or champagne appearance. The slim case and integrated-style bracelet give the watch a neat period appearance without feeling overly formal.

This example has been carefully prepared for sale. The original worn crystal has been replaced, while the case and bracelet have been thoroughly cleaned and lightly polished. The result is a very presentable vintage Casio that retains its original character while looking considerably fresher and ready to wear.

The Casio Collector

Every pre-owned and New Old Stock watch I sell is personally inspected and tested before being offered for sale. Where appropriate, batteries are replaced and the watch is checked to ensure all functions are operating correctly.

This Casio Argent LTW-57 is a particularly appealing example from one of Casio’s lesser-seen vintage ranges. The clean white dial, reflective gold-tone inner ring, slim two-tone bracelet and understated styling give it plenty of period charm, while the replacement crystal and careful preparation allow the watch to present at its best without disguising its vintage character.

Supplied with The Casio Collector 90-Day Warranty.

Please note: This watch has not been pressure tested and any original manufacturer's water-resistance rating is therefore not guaranteed.
