The cream-coloured dial features bold Arabic numerals, an inner 24-hour scale and a practical date display at 3 o'clock. Surrounding it is a substantial fixed bezel with exposed screw detailing, giving the watch a rugged tool-watch appearance.
One of the standout features is the full lume dial. Rather than limiting the luminous material to the hands and hour markers, the dial itself absorbs light when exposed to daylight or another light source. In darker conditions, the charged dial emits a glow, creating a luminous background against which the hands and markings can be easily read. The brightness and duration of the glow will depend on how strongly and for how long the dial has been exposed to light.
Finished with its original fabric strap, this is a particularly well-preserved example of an unusual older Sekonda and is made all the more appealing by its complete boxed presentation.
