A fantastic and unusual New Old Stock Timex Reef Gear T75701, manufactured in November 2001 and featuring Timex's Easy-Set analogue alarm, INDIGLO illumination and distinctive early-2000s Reef Gear styling.
Despite its chunky appearance, this is a surprisingly compact watch at approximately 36mm including the crown. Particularly nice is the surviving original printed alarm-setting bezel ring, an easily lost part that really completes its period appearance.
Presented in exceptional New Old Stock condition, with no obvious signs of regular wear. The crystal, dial, hands, case, original strap and alarm-setting ring have all been remarkably well preserved.
When acquired, it was still fitted with what appeared to be its original period Maxell battery. Combined with its condition and Timex display stand, this appears to be a NOS example that spent much of its life in storage, although its early history cannot be independently confirmed.
A new battery has been fitted, the battery compartment inspected and the caseback gasket regreased. Tested for a minimum of one week, with the timekeeping, date, Easy-Set alarm and INDIGLO all operating correctly.
