A charming vintage Winnie the Pooh analogue watch, made exclusively for The Disney Store and dating from the 1990s.
The beautifully simple champagne-gold dial features Winnie the Pooh at its centre, surrounded by raised gold-tone Arabic numerals and matching gold-tone hands. Combined with the polished gold-tone case, it gives the watch a surprisingly elegant appearance while retaining plenty of classic Disney character.
The caseback is particularly attractive, featuring an engraved Mickey Mouse design together with “Made Exclusively for The Disney Store” branding, a Japanese quartz movement and China assembly.
This example is in near-pristine condition. The crystal is completely spotless and scratch-free, the dial and Pooh artwork are beautifully preserved, and the gold-tone case presents exceptionally well with very little evidence of use.
The watch is working perfectly and has been fitted with a new padded black strap. The strap has the appearance, feel and smell of leather, but as it carries no material marking it is not being advertised as genuine leather.
